Chef Dawa Lama has crafted a one-night-only menu that brings together some of his most flavour-packed dishes yet—think delicate blue fin tuna with bonito mayo to crispy pork belly with fondant potato and Balinese kari every dish has been designed to celebrate the spirit of Coda. 

Perfectly matched wines will be available, along with a couple of surprise cocktails to toast the occasion. Founders Kate and Mykal, along with all the familiar faces from the team, will be there to celebrate with you.

Kaffir lime flatbread with tom yum butter

Sydney Rock oysters with nuoc cham, crabmeat and finger lime

Bluefin tuna with bonito mayo, shiso pesto and pickled kohlrabi

Grilled lamb cutlet infused with lemongrass and ginger, with pickled fennel

Line caught Snapper with shiitake XO and crunchy enoki

Spinach and peanut salad with aged Chinkiang vinegar dressing

Crispy pork belly with fondant potato and Balinese kari

Snake beans with sambal embe and dried shrimps

Jasmine rice

Pear tart with five-spice ice cream and malted white chocolate
