Head Chef @hendribud has put together an exclusive menu at $150 per person, with seasonal produce, and created dishes influenced by classic French and Asian techniques. Together, these dishes and wines, available by the bottle, as a wine match, and by the glass, represent our appreciation for Burgundy and its appellations.

When Tonka was just an idea she was there in the planning and at the opening of its doors. 
She bought  flair, style and ultimate professionalism.

She has sprinkled her magic across both Tonka and Coda during her time in house, and over the last 5 years, at the heart, in operations. 

Our team wouldn’t have made it through lock down without her. 
She nurtured our life saving grocery and takeaway business and supported each and every staff member.

She’s our Money penny, our Maverick.
We are so sad she’s leaving us, but so happy for her to be growing her future.
