CODA NIGHT MARKET WITH VICTOR LIONG

Coda Night Market with Victor Liong was a vibrant celebration of Asian flavours, creative cocktails, and collaboration. For one night only, our Head Chef Dawa Lama joined forces with Victor Liong of Lee Ho Fook to create a one-of-a-kind menu inspired by the hustle and heat of traditional night markets.

LUNAR NEW YEAR LIMITED MENU

We celebrated Lunar New Year with a thoughtfully crafted menu created by our chefs, designed to honour the spirit and flavours of the festival.

The menu featured a range of exquisite dishes, including Duck and cherry bao paired with spring onion and Gochugaru relish, offering a perfect balance of rich and spicy notes. Guests also savoured Crayfish tail and Skull Island prawns, showcasing fresh and vibrant seafood flavours.
