Coda Night Market returns for its final winter edition, this time inspired by the street food and flavours of Vietnam.
The one-night-only menu begins with vermicelli-wrapped sugarcane prawns, crispy chicken wings with a sticky fish sauce glaze, and grilled beef wrapped in betel leaves with scallion oil.
To share, enjoy broken rice with grilled lemongrass pork, steamed meatloaf and house pickles, served alongside stir-fried morning glory with garlic.
Finish the evening with a warm banana, coconut and tapioca pudding.
